　　网络世界无奇不有，暴力、色情、恐吓、凶杀等信息也不可避免的会出现，网上低俗内容对社会产生不良影响，尤其是对未成年人的毒害更大。
　　未成年人心智还不成熟，很容易被外部环境所左右，其特有的好奇心，对一些稀奇古怪内容充满着猎奇。据中国青少年研究中心发布的一项调查报告显示，48。28%的青少年接触过黄色网站，43。39%的青少年收到过含有暴力、色情、恐吓等内容的电邮或电子贺卡。年龄在16岁到25岁之间的网民中，42%的中国网民有时会感到自己“网络成瘾”。网络不健康的内容犹如“电子海洛因”，严重的影响着身心和身体健康，造成精神空虚，荒废学业，甚至诱发违法犯罪行为。
